You will provide high-level, transaction-focused legal advisory services to top management, sales, and procurement managers, working closely within the business to support large electricity transmission projects.
In the Project Development Phase
Contract Negotiation & Analysis: Advise, draft, review, and negotiate complex contract documents. Implement project risk analysis and provide legal insights aligned with company policies.
Subcontracting: Engage with subcontractors and stakeholders on legal issues during project implementation.
General Legal Advisory: Offer legal support on contract law, corporate law, and antitrust law as needed.
In-House Training: Conduct legal training sessions for internal teams to ensure compliance and understanding of legal obligations.
In the Project Execution Phase
Project Startup: Provide strategic advice and support during project startup, defining contract management processes and templates in collaboration with project teams.
Execution Advice: Offer guidance on risk mitigation and ensure compliance throughout project execution.
Claims & Dispute Resolution: Advise on incoming and outgoing contractual claims, lead negotiations, and facilitate dispute resolution in partnership with contract management teams.
專業要求
Experience: Minimum 5 years in contract law and business law, ideally from a major law firm or in an international corporate setting.
Integrity & Independence: Strong integrity, capable of representing the company both internally and externally, with experience managing complex processes and negotiations independently.
Team Collaboration & Problem-Solving: Solution-oriented, able to work independently while effectively integrating into project teams, particularly in high-pressure scenarios.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international standard contracts (e.g., FIDIC, NSC05).
Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
Background in project insurance is a plus.
