About the Role
Equipment Procurement Management: Oversee the procurement of production equipment, manage contracting for factory expansion and equipment installation projects, ensuring stable operations of production facilities.
Raw Material Procurement: Plan, execute, and monitor domestic and international raw material procurement to maintain a stable and efficient supply chain.
Critical Materials Sourcing: Collaborate closely with the headquarters procurement team to secure stable sources for key materials.
General Procurement: Manage daily procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of essential office and operational supplies, supporting smooth daily operations.
Requirements
Experience: 5+ years in supply chain or procurement, ideally with experience in engineering procurement, factory expansion, and project contracting.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Strategic Procurement: Strong ability to plan and execute procurement strategies for both equipment and raw materials.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to maintain consistency and quality across procurement operations.
Global Perspective: Capable of navigating international procurement landscapes and fostering supplier relationships globally.
Negotiation & Communication: Skilled in negotiation, vendor relationship management, and securing favorable terms.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, resolve supply chain issues, and develop strategies for long-term stability.
Team Collaboration: Effective communicator who can work cross-functionally with production, engineering, and headquarters teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with supply chain management systems and raw material management.
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Advanced proficiency in Mandarin.
Additional Requirements:
Initial training required at the XinZhuang facility.
Open to candidates with 3+ years in procurement for engineering companies or relevant project management experience.
